He was a good dude that was dealing with a snake. There would have been more tension about trying to reveal such knowledge in the face of entrenched interests suppressing such a revelation. Even in sobriety, John Barleycorn is a part of me. I bought copies for myself, my friend, my sister-in-law, my niece. I so wish I had more time to spend with Claudi and Sheki and Lopo and Watson.
